Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) Arleigh A. Burke Chair in Strategy Dr. Anthony H. Cordesman will discuss his report, “Iran and U.S. Strategy: Looking beyond the JCPOA,” recently published by CSIS. The report argues that the United States must consider a range of critical issues that will not be solved by simply renewing the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) agreement with Iran. It analyzes Iran's current conventional strike capabilities and its older unguided delivery systems, and reviews Iran's aging Air Force and the Arab Gulf countries' air modernization efforts. Explore the forces of constancy and change with leading defense and security specialists during this National Council briefing program.
