The Partnership to Advance Youth Apprenticeship (PAYA) invites you to join us for a conversation with Luke Rhine, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Office of Career, Technical and Adult Education at the U.S. Department of Education on Tuesday, May 23rd at 2:00 PM ET. Hosted by Advance CTE and New America, this webinar will elevate the opportunities to leverage federal resources to support youth apprenticeship and work-based learning as part of a broader career preparation ecosystem. The webinar will also feature state and local examples of braiding funding to expand access to and the quality of youth apprenticeships and work-based learning.
