<p>SPA&#39;s Washington Institute for Public Affairs Research (WIPAR) is bringing back its Research Therapy sessions, now hosting Jane Palmer, a PhD grad from JLC and current faculty member with DPAP. The Research Therapy sessions started with the premise that researchers were still very much &quot;in the weeds&quot; and were looking for constructive, supportive suggestions and ideas from peers across the school.
