With months left to reach a comprehensive nuclear deal, negotiators from the United States, other world powers, and Iran face considerable challenges.
While significant progress has already been made on a number of key issues, negotiators remain far apart on how to define the size and scope of Iran's uranium-enrichment program. But a win-win formula is possible, if both sides are willing to be creative and move beyond maximalist positions.
The Arms Control Association will present its new proposal, developed in coordination with the International Crisis Group, on how negotiators could define Iran's uranium enrichment program under a comprehensive deal.
The panelists will also discuss additional issues that negotiators must address to reach an agreement by November 24 that meets to the core requirements of both sides.
Join our group of experts as we discuss creative options for reaching a comprehensive nuclear deal with Iran.
