Edward C. Chow is a senior fellow in the Energy and National Security Program at CSIS, is an international energy expert with more than 30 years of oil industry experience. He has worked in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America, Europe, and the former Soviet Union.
Tim Boersma is a fellow and acting director in the Energy Security Initiative, part of the Foreign Policy Program at the Brookings Institution. Before starting his career in research, Tim spent five years in the private sector, working as a corporate counsel to the electricity production sector in the Netherlands.
