Looking back on 2025 The King’s Fund’s Annual leadership and workforce summit 2025 brought together leaders from across the health and care system to explore the changes needed to shift cultures of work from a system of surviving to thriving. We were delighted to welcome a host of influential speakers, including Amanda Pritchard, Chief Executive, NHS England, and Dr Navina Evans, Chief Workforce, Training and Education Officer, NHS England.
