Grenada: Nobody's Backyard (1980, 60 min), by Ellen Ray - made to celebrate the first anniversary of the Grenada Revolution of March 13th, 1979, the film documents Grenada's First Anniversary and the "plan for destabilization." Interviews were held with Maurice Bishop, Cheddi Jagan, Isabel Letelier, Trevor Munroe and Philip Agee.

October 25 will mark the 30th anniversary of the invasion of Grenada-where the United States attacked the island's population of 110,000 with 7,000 troops via land, sea, and air.

Our film will be followed by audience discussion moderated by Mwiza Munthali, the Public Outreach Director of TransAfrica.
